Most of the night is open conversation — not sitting in rows listening. You'll meet women across every industry and every stage, and leave with names in your phone rather than notes you never read again.
Several guest speakers share short, practical takes on what actually worked for them. Different backgrounds, different lanes — then it's back to talking with each other.
In a 9-to-5 weighing a career move? Building something and ready to invest in it? Just curious? All of it counts. You don't need a business, a following, a title, or any history with Marika to walk in.
