These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Marika Canda's website, coaching services, and educational programs. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services & Pricing
- Sow and Sell Academy: $97/month (cancel anytime)
- Course Only: $300 one-time payment
- 1-on-1 Coaching: $497 per session (90-min initial + 30-min follow-up)
- Discovery Calls: Free 15-minute consultations
2. Refund Policy
Academy: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. No partial month refunds.
Course: 7-day refund policy if no significant progress made.
Coaching: No refunds for completed sessions. 24-hour cancellation required.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Respect intellectual property - no sharing of course materials
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide 24-hour notice
- Use services in good faith for personal development
4. Disclaimers
Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation. We provide education and coaching but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
